- CGCurtis GoodsonDec 17, 20221.0I had placed item in my cart on 12 Dec, rec’d called from Kapolei VZ saying they seen items in my cart online. Asked if I wanted to pick them up in the store I said sure if you have them. I was given an appt for 6pm on 13 Dec. I went to the appt was told they didn’t see it scheduled appt. I got assistance only to find out they didn’t have any of what I wanted. I had my new phones with me and was told they charge 29.00 to transfer data from phones. I think per phone which is a ripoff I think. It was totally a waste of my time. I’m so disappointed with VZ as a whole everything I’ve done has been so trying after coming back. I really question how long I’ll stay with this service. It’s something about this store that don’t make me feel comfortable you can tell if you are welcome or not.
