Sales rep scammed my family into thinking they were saving them money on their bill, but actually set up a new account in order to get herself commission. In doing so, she has caused so many issues on our account: duplicate billing, accounts being put under names not associated with my family, credits from Xfinity not being released to my family, and constant issues being able to access our account. My family was finally able to get PROPER assistance from one of Xfinity’s corporate locations (East Cobb Avenue location) don’t let the sales reps tell you it’s in Acworth like they told my family, because it is not true. I never write reviews for places, but people need to be aware of their tactics at this location. We will never be back and I advise everyone else to stay away.

Were lied to and finessed into starting a brand new plan and they didn’t even cancel the old one. Went into the corporate location in Marietta and they were able to fix. RUN from this location, corporate should fire them all and shut down this commission store. PLEASE DON’T FALL FoR THE SCAM!!!

I drove to the actual Xfinity store rather than waiting forever on the phone or "talking" with a nonresponsive chatbot. Two wonderful young ladies were very supportive AND knowledgeable. They solved my problem in record time. Excellent!
