    Horrible company. Can't cancel online, and lied to my face and said I couldn't cancel in store. So now I'm on the phone with someone who can barely speak english who keeps trying to upsell me on phone and internet plans. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY PLAN FOR CRYING OUT LOUD

    f I could rate this store a zero I would. I walked into the store to just pick up equipment, with an account already opened online. First off, the store reeked of weed, almost to the point I thought I was high. Other customers were commenting on that as well. It was embarrassing. Second, I tried to pick up equipment that I was told was already ready for pickup. Store worker asked if I placed the order online or in the store. I said online, then magically the system went down and they had to recreate the entire account and order. I know this was done not because of system issues, but so that the store would get credit for the account and order. Because of this it took an additional 30 minutes setting up a new account that I had already previously done. While the worker was trying to assist me, she was actively in a meeting on the phone and at times made me wait so she could comment in the meeting. Not only is that so unprofessional, but caused the whole transaction to take that much longer. As if that wasn't enough, I finally got home only to find out that the worker didn't add any of the equipment to my account, so I had to call and spend over 5 hours trying to get the equipment set up. After trying again to get it set up the next day, I gave up and spent another two hours trying to cancel the service and getting my account closed. Absolute nightmare. The absolute worst of the worst customer service all the way around. Unless you want to get high, stay away from this store.

    My phone was smashed over the weekend. I have a business account. All of my info was on the smashed phone. I was the only white person in the building. She refused to help me because I didn’t have my account number which again was in the smashed phone. Went to another store and was helped by a white guy with no issues. This location is racist.

    My router stopped working and I had to go get a replacement from this location. I was in and out of the store in under 5 minutes with a replacement modem. The manager was super helpful and easy to work with.

    If I had a ZERO to rate this store I would. On the weekends there is no store manager to talk to if i want to escalate an issue. When I came in with an appointment I stated to the representative that the on line support on xfnity over the ohone told me to come in and exchange a phone for a different color phone that stated to do that I have to be charged for the exchange on the sake ozone but different color as they stated the store does not do exchanges and the on line customer service missiinformed me. When I called xfinity on the phone while in store they stated the xfinity Store in Woodstock is giving me inaccurate information. They should be able to exchange phones for different color or a different device all together for FREE without ANY ISSUES. This store should be closed down IMMEDIATELY for lying to their customers and playing games with them giving wrong information to customers when they come in. Also, they were 5 representatives in the store that weekend and none of them out of their way to help me contact their 1800 toll free xfinity customer service on the phone to escalate and help navigate and resolve this issue with me their customer. Extremely unprofessional and sad experience!!!
