- AJAdriana JohnsonOct 1, 20251.0We went by Verizon in Woodstock GA today, 20 minutes before their closing time, and they told us that they serve people by appointment only and that we needed to set an appointment and come back tomorrow, they were only two customers in the store. The manager was helping nobody, she was texting on her phone and ready to leave. She told us that she was the manager and she doesn’t wait on customers. Which companies treat their customers like this? We have been Verizon customers for more than 20 years and after a series of recent incidents, we are seriously considering to switch our services to one of their competitors.

Posting on my wife's account since I couldn't even get a working cell phone replacement today even though I have insurance. Could have been such a simple process to get me in a new iPhone but the stupidity and rudeness of the people working at this store just ruined it for me. I might as well have been talking yo a robot.
