They were slow and late to see me, ignored my question, and when i went to trade my phone, a rude female employee snatched my phone and held it away from me and said my deal wasn’t working. I calmly asked if i could have my phone back so i can call an online rep to figure this out, but she said she already processed it and can’t give me it back. This all happened in 3 seconds. She wasn’t helpful, I’ve been to worst customer services, but this place makes the dmv look like heaven. Now I have to sort out the mess of things. Would not recommend. Please listen to the reviews. Go somewhere else.

A million people were waiting while employees were chilling, walking around, and on their phones. We’ve been back 3 times and have yet to get what we need. We’ll take our business elsewhere. Mind you, several people were in there saying the same thing, frustrated, and on top of that the system is always “down.”

She leaves me, goes to the back to get her purse and walks right past me, saying nothing, and out the door she went. I want a new phone. I eat breakfast right next door at chick fil a. It would be nice if I could go right next door and get a new phone. I would rather drive 5 or 6 miles to another Verizon than go here. What a shame.
