I told them we were going to resolve my issue today. I insisted on speaking to the manager. The person I told to get the manager told me I was being rude to her for doing so. At this point yet another employee who had nothing do with my issue told me I could just leave the store. Again, I'm just trying to get help with very expensive watch that I recently purchased from that same store. Finally, the manager came out and spoke to me. The issue was never resolved to my comple satisfaction, but she did at least offer me viable alternative that any of the staff could have offered at any point prior
