    Visited November 6 around 10:15-10:45am to simply return a router for which they had sent a replacement. I figured returning it to the store would be the most efficient and least complicated direct route for the return. Less handling, less potential problems. I went out of my way to do this (since I live in another state where there are no xfinity stores) at the 1800 Victory location in Savannah. Big mistake and ultimate waste of time. Not only did the woman tell the first staff member who was helping me to back out of what she was doing (she had already scanned the bar code on the router and asked my name… I mean we were one click away from being done) to put me on a waiting list like at a restaurant because there were many others there attempting to do the same thing, but after waiting 15-20 minutes for my turn … get this… the woman wouldn’t even take the router because the account is in my husband’s name. She told me to go to The UPS Store. I heard her tell another customer the same thing when he tried to leave his because he had to go back to work. And her way of speaking was just not nice either… I was secretly hoping my name would be called by anyone else. These things have serial numbers and service histories. Who cares who brings them in? I went down the road to The UPS Store and was in and out in 5 minutes, no problem. But now, this router they want back has to get boxed up and shipped, wasting packaging and other resources, maybe get lost, etc etc. It doesn’t make ANY logical sense. It has been bothering me for 24 hours so decided to write review so maybe this woman can be retrained or put in a different position where she doesn’t get to be in contact with paying customers.

    i went in last month to try and cancel my service. They misinformed me about the cancelation date so I was charged an extra month when i specifically went in to cancel early. And then they never told me about the early cancellation fee either. No transparency.

    Went to the store on Victory, changed my internet plan, was told the all inclusive fees would be 85.00 per month. They keep charging me 95.00 and virtual assistant is absolutely useless. I know it’s only 10.00 but a deal is a deal. Got to keep your word. UPDATE: They sent me the link below, I initiated help and after 10 minutes of no response, gave it up.

    This pertains to Xfinity as a whole. I've been to this store to try to have problems with my account fixed without success. The customer service phone line has some of the rudest workers in the country (or abroad?) Xfinity is the most deceitful, immoral company I have ever had the displeasure of being a customer. I think they need to be permanently shut down and a new internet/cable company take over; one that doesn't cheat customers and lie like a politician. This company really does suck and I for one have had enough of their dishonesty and BS .
