But by the end of it, he almost cost me a lot of money with nothing for me in return. That was the complete opposite of what I went in there for. Make a long story short, he said I cld get the new 17 max with my plan that I had. Then all of a sudden I need this service first, then I need to have had several billing cycles first. I knew that was not true cause I’ve been on the phone with customer service previously and they had confirmed I cld get the phone with my plan. So now he’s definitely lost my trust. Then he tells me what my birthday is??! Like why u remembering my birthday and watching me key in my SSN. Not cool, and will not go back in there. Once u break my trust it’s over. I will give credit to the guy that had to fix all add ons they were so ready to give me without a phone. But, I’m over that whole scene. I ain’t stupid, and just in case I put a freeze on all my accts.
