There isn’t one close by but I went to this location - in Rome - and I just have to say… this was not an easy task for me. I had to hold back tears the entire time. Because his passing still feels so fresh. They said we’d get a survey but I haven’t received it yet and I just needed people to know that Cody was a gem. He was so helpful, resolved my issues quickly, and was compassionate and genuine while we spoke. If I get a survey, I’ll fill that out too, but Xfinity has to know Cody is 10/10.
