So thankful, for the help and I will be back soon to add the phone line. Big Shout Out to Ty, JT, and Jala for all helping me! Great staff at this location

Don't be like me bc its taken me days and hours for my number from T-Mobile to hit Xfinitys. It was a long and difficult progress for something you would think would be so simpleš literally 5 visits to the store. Multiple calls over an hour on the line being on hold. UPDATE: 3 weeks later Chatting was WAY more helpful and got my phone number on their service finally.

I have paid handsomely for this service and Comcast only reduced my cost in the last two years. But letās talk about the worst customer service EVER. Foreign agents who barely speak a word of English and now weirdo AI agents that still arenāt programmed to SPEAK ENGLISH!!! Omg!!! Iām done!!!
- MMMarquel McNealDec 18, 20251.0Will never visit the place again. The lack of customer service and concern to resolve an activation issue. Charles was terrible and all he could do was tell me that he ācanātā vs trying to find a solution. The frustration of trying to get two phones activated was a hassle and ready to terminate all services. Spoke to three customer service reps by phone and was instructed to visit the store because I donāt have a verified telephone number to get there and be told they canāt help because theyāre a retail store not corporate. Totally unacceptable!
