    The absolute worst customer service of any business I’ve ever dealt with. The employees here are just slack and lazy. The manager sat on a personal phone call the entire time I was in the store offering 0 help whatsoever.

    Wonderful staff at Xfinity Pooler! I walked in to get a new remote and was recommended additional services to help reduce my bill. So thankful, for the help and I will be back soon to add the phone line. Big Shout Out to Ty, JT, and Jala for all helping me! Great staff at this location

    Ty was great and helpful. Unfortunately I did put in the wrong phone number to add into the line. Don't be like me bc its taken me days and hours for my number from T-Mobile to hit Xfinitys. It was a long and difficult progress for something you would think would be so simple😭 literally 5 visits to the store. Multiple calls over an hour on the line being on hold. UPDATE: 3 weeks later Chatting was WAY more helpful and got my phone number on their service finally.

    My internet service served us well for many years, however, the overages that I was being charged became unbearable with boys gaming and the usual phones and computers. I have paid handsomely for this service and Comcast only reduced my cost in the last two years. But let’s talk about the worst customer service EVER. Foreign agents who barely speak a word of English and now weirdo AI agents that still aren’t programmed to SPEAK ENGLISH!!! Omg!!! I’m done!!!

    Will never visit the place again. The lack of customer service and concern to resolve an activation issue. Charles was terrible and all he could do was tell me that he ā€œcan’tā€ vs trying to find a solution. The frustration of trying to get two phones activated was a hassle and ready to terminate all services. Spoke to three customer service reps by phone and was instructed to visit the store because I don’t have a verified telephone number to get there and be told they can’t help because they’re a retail store not corporate. Totally unacceptable!
