- DMDes MooreOct 24, 20241.0First of all they will tell lie to you and say you’re approved and not even run your credit until you come in and they will not approve you. I drove an hour because she told me I was approved. I’m so upset I don’t know what else to do but write a review. They suck.

A young man entered our information for the queue; he confirmed my account and asked for the reason we were visiting. We advised; merging of lines and upgrade. An hour into the wait, I asked the manager if I could use the restroom; he said he didn’t have a public restroom & did not allow me use of the one the store uses. As such, I walked to an Italian restaurant that happened to be open. On return to the store, an associate finally walked us back to desk and asked again why we were there- same one that put us in queue. We advised, upgrade and merging of accounts. He spoke with a manager David who advised they don’t do merging of accounts and we should get upgrade when we call customer service to do this! We spent an entire 90minutes in the store for no reason; they could have advised us of this ahead of our wait for nothing. This is terrible customer service in the part of this manager and Verizon location.
