The representative said he can you give me an offer that will expire in two weeks on a mobile plan if I don’t take advantage of it in which I didn’t so I thought it would expire off my account for my internet. Now i just got charged for a phone line that I don’t have or own whatsoever almost two months later and was never told this would occur. Very unprofessional.
