I contacted him about the confusion and frustration I had when my bill came and all he said was "sorry" for not mentioning the additional charges. Tremendously disappointed and I will make sure to never refer anyone to this location.

The black male with the loose medium length hair couldn't properly help because the shorter black male was talking to him about some unrelated work stuff so I left and call xfinity to request shipment instead. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THEY'RE RUDE AND DISCRIMINATING. This store doesn't deserve a star and the employees need to be professional trained for all people not just the ones they normalize.
