- DVDa ViNov 7, 20251.0I came to this place around noon on November 6, 2025 and all the employees that was in front was rude . The black male with the loose medium length hair couldn't properly help because the shorter black male was talking to him about some unrelated work stuff so I left and call xfinity to request shipment instead. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THEY'RE RUDE AND DISCRIMINATING. This store doesn't deserve a star and the employees need to be professional trained for all people not just the ones they normalize.

After receiving his new phone, there wasn't an adopted in the box. The cord that was in the box does not fit the phone. While having the phone activated, I asked the staff at the store 'why isn't the charger in the box with the phone'. I was told they don't provide them anymore. WOW! I'm confused. Now we have to buy additional equipment for the phone. Soooo disappointed with Xfinity Mobile Phone

I’m giving the store three stars because I can’t give Xfinity mobile a review directly. Xfinity Mobile service is terrible. please do not switch your mobile plan no matter how good of a promotion they have. It is the worst. If you do not pay your phone bill on the exact due date, they will turn your phone off. Once you pay them, it takes them about three hours to restore your service. Please, I repeat do not get this mobile service. The coverage is terrible. They do not have enough cell towers To support your coverage. No one is ever able to hear me clearly, my phone is always breaking up and Static in the background
