I went back to the same store the next day ready to give them hell. Marquis solved the problem in less than 2 minutes. He saved my day and his because baby I was ready for a fight. Thank you Marquis for being pleasant and knowledgeable. He has a gentle spirit and handled me with care. Do I recommend this place & location? Absolutely! Yes!

- KGKennedy GreenDec 17, 20251.0Upon arrival there were 4 employees inside and ZERO customers. I was greeted by no one. After getting someone’s attention I advised that I was interested in xfinity mobile. I was asked if I had xfinity internet. I said no. I was told “ooooh sorry you have to have the internet first”. So after an awkward period of silence, I said okay how do I switch my internet. A different employee stated that I needed to check my address to see if I was eligible. Another awkward period of silence… I asked okay is someone going to help me with that. Everyone just looked at me in silence. So I quickly recanted because I shouldn’t have to ask for assistance multiple times. I was looking to switch over 3 lines and the internet. Needless to say I ended up at AT&T. It was really a bummer to see so many employees present but no one willing to assist. I felt like I was bothering them so I left.
