It's impossible to get any information on their robot controlled website and even worse on their customer service phone line. The only way, and this was confirmed by one of their employees, to talk to anyone at all is you have to say you at going to cancel your business. What kind of a customer service model is this. I finally have up and canceled my service and returned my equipment to a local store. They barely had the time of day for me and absent-mindedly gave me a receipt. You would have thought this was a good opportunity to win my business back but they obviously thought not. The most I've heard from them was lately when they realized I forgot to return a piece of equipment. If they spent more time on customer service and then less time on retrieval they would be a better company. But then that's just my "not" multi billion dollar company opinion, what do I know? New plans, subscriptions, chat assistants, and everything to distract, confuse, and frustrate you to avoid the original purpose of the call.... weekends and after 5pm.... well, you'll be lucky to speak to a human.
