- TWThe Worley WagonJan 2, 20261.0If I could leave a less than one star review I would. Xfinity has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They give you the biggest run around. Xfinity will give you a ticket number then later say the ticket doesn’t exist. They are not upfront about how much they are charging and what they are charging you for. Xfinity was so bad we paid off our phones and closed our account. They still are charging us for services we did not sign up for or want. Stay away from this company unless you enjoy the run around, being lied too and you money taken!

- AVAlyssa VestNov 3, 20252.02 issues. 1) we were told “switch to Xfinity and get a better plan/rate” we did that, we have yet to receive our last pay off card for my husbands phone and it’s killing us paying for something we no longer have. 2) DO NOT GET A PHONE PLAN IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INTERNET!! We were advised we could upgrade after 6 months. BY A MANAGER AT THAT.. we are not eligible to upgrade as the new area we are in doesn’t provide for Xfinity service, we did not know cancelling our internet cancels us being able to upgrade the phone. We had great customer service and great internet with them, hate to be even making this, but maybe it will save someone else. Make sure to educate your customers.
