She wanted to upgrade her IPhone 13 mini, as an Android user the only way to truly upgrade an IPhone is to switch to Android, but I digress. The gentleman worked with me to find a way to purchase her phone and keep my service cost with a couple of pennies from where it already was. That is a cellular miracle nowadays. I am very thankful. I don't remember his name but he even switched her service and she didn't even know before I got a chance to present it to her at home an hour later. With a teenager I consider that a birthday miracle.
