But after 30 minutes which we were told it took almost 2 hours and everything was transferred other than the cell service. Try to speak to the manager she just walked out and told everybody goodbye

- WAWill AndersonAug 13, 20251.0Not a great experience. Ordered a phone online, and specifically checked the box that I wanted someone to help me set up the new device. Get there to pick it up, and there was only one other person in there than me. There were like 4 or 5 Verizon employees there, bot all of them were in the room behind the registers other than the man helping the other customer. They were just talking and laughing instead of being on the floor. A woman comes out and gets me the phone I ordered and started walking back to the room and I asked if she could help me set it up. She said that it is best to set it up at my house because their wi-fi wasnt good and told me to bring my old phone back within 30 days. I would have preferred to not take the extra trip. She then heads back to the room with everyone else. Not great advertisement for Verizon's wi-fi when the stores "can't" help people because of the speed if it. Also had several issues / questions getting my new phone set up; so it would have been nice to have the help of someone that does this for a living.
