They were just sitting there watching TV and acting like I wasn’t there! None of them wanted to assist me but finally a women with short hair spoke to me only because I standing in the middle of floor looking dumb and I could tell she didn’t really want to! These employees need to just quit if they don’t want to work! How do you work in customer service and don’t want to give customer service??!! They’re bad for business!!

I have been trying since Friday , October 10 to get a call. I won’t loose my place in line😂😂😂😂😂😂. REALLY LONG LINE!!!! AAND THEY EXPECT THEIR $ on time.

The first time was a disaster and nothing was accomplished the second time I was assured it was taken care of, the account would remain open and I could just make the payments. A month passed, no bills came and the service was disconnected. Today went into this local branch and was politely met by Elijah. He listened, was kind, and quickly went into action to help me solve the issues. He helped me set up and navigate the account and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. If you need exceptional, knowledgeable customer service, ask for Elijah!
