They were not disrespectful, but it’s the way they said the things that they said. I think having a sign at the door that says wait right here we’ll get your name and put you in a queue would be helpful. I took away a star for the women interactions. Outside of those weird interactions, Deon was very helpful. He was awesome. I got a phone that I didn’t plan on getting and a watch. He was patient, he answered all my questions and he went above and beyond to accommodate me for the current iPhone promotion. Excellent customer service from Deon. Alan was pleasant too. There’s hope for the place!
