As I was walking out I noticed the representative that I was working with give another representative an acknowledgment of maybe a dumb customer. I went in there initially to lower my service fees because I was informed by a friend that I could get services for $14 a month because of my child being in school. When I went there, the rep did not know anything about the service until I had informed him about it. Unfortunately, I was not able to reap the benefits of this service because I had services with Xfinity. However, they ran a game on me stating that they would wipe out my existing balance and that they will set me up with another account which would be significantly lower than what I was paying and that if I came in three months later and canceled the account that I was still be able to pay the same amount. Not trust worthy at all and I will be finding other WiFi services cause that’s all I use you for anyway. And for reference, I am specifically talking about the location, location off of Chapel Hill in Douglasville Georgia

I was told it would take 24-48 hours. It’s now been 3 days. Every trip to this store is a headache. Very close to going back to Verizon or trying AT&T . It can’t be any worse at this point!
