After sitting for 40 minutes, we finally got helped by a guy who had absolutely no idea what he was doing. I’m not sure how else to say it — he was just stupid about the whole process. Instead of listening, he gave us attitude and acted like we were the problem. I have multiple accounts with Xfinity, so I’m used to different service levels, but this was on another level of bad. Walking around with a taco drink cup and an angry face doesn’t make you a hard worker — it just shows you don’t care. Do better. Hiring people who actually know their job would be a good start. This is to the dude that’s hiding in the back.
