- RDRyan DavidNov 16, 20232.0I was in the west walnut location on 11/15/2023 the Latino guy that waited on me was rude and was of NO help or concern abt my issue - Verizon needs to either clean house or give more training to the employees at this store - I will NEVER go back to this location again - I am leaning toward changing carriers - Come on Verizon do something abt your employees your customers deserve better!!!
- KRKimberly RizerNov 10, 20231.0Don’t shop at this location did curbside pickup me my husband and son and forgot my ID at home however when I checked in it had a Verizon pass thing and told me to show this to a store rep to verify my IDENTITY or my ACCOUNT I also called Verizon corporate to confirm this they told me all I needed was the bar code that was generated upon checking in for curbside But nope Karen (didn’t give her real name) she looked like a manager I could be wrong but if I am right she makes the management team look bad anyways a waste of gas and phone call later I finally was able to get my order
