    Store score= 10 stars XFinity website & A.I chat score = minus zero! You need a customer service PHONE NUMBER so people can talk with a LIVE HUMAN! I had a question that AI could not understand. Your chat system is NO GOOD. It doesn't accept a text & doesn't respond. VERY FRUSTRATING. Not everyone is techie. It is HIGHLY STRESSFUL when my payment method changes. Your system seems to not take the CVV code, yet payment did go tbrough. I was seeating bullets @ 10 pm. Please FIX THIS. Xfinity is the only service provider for my apartment community so I'm stuck with you.

    Came into the store to pick up an online order. There were about 10 people ahead of me, but I waited patiently. When it was finally my turn, the rep (AL) told me that “sometimes online orders have issues,” so he needed to look into it. After watching what was happening, it became pretty obvious that he actually cancelled my original online order and started a brand-new one in the store. The online promotion I signed up for did not require adding mobile service, but suddenly I was being told I needed to sign up for Xfinity Mobile to “save money” on the monthly cost. The only reason to cancel and recreate the order would be so that the rep can get commission credit. This process took about 30 minutes for something that should have taken under 2. I also couldn’t help but notice there was still a long line behind me — which makes sense if orders are being cancelled and restarted just to route commissions instead of simply fulfilling customer orders. This experience was really frustrating and felt misleading. I came in to pick up my order, not renegotiate it or be upsold into something I didn’t need.

    I canceled my membership well over a year ago and am STILL getting charged monthly. I cannot get in contact with a representative but have talked to bots more times than I can count on both hands. Every time they promise to cancel my automatic payments (as I do not have any services through them) but continue to charge me month to month. Please someone help me. Never ever use Xfinity unless you plan on being locked in with them forever or don’t care to be charged for the rest of your life

    Very bad, service 09/13/25,I went to store renew Internet,the mgr name bud,he asked me you need mobile phone I said no thanks,he take my phone his office,he said stay here wait for him,1 hour he came out , gave me phone back,then he said, your Internet was $35:00,now $40:00,I came home my daughter looked at phone,MR bud add 2 mobile phone me &my wife, charger $97.72,icall sam day they took cancelled then , they charge $97.72, next month,10/14/25 igo to store see MR logon took cancelled & give me confirmation # ecm0017112939, numbe 11 look like n, but I think #ecm0017112939 then ,nov2/25 he charges again 97.72 then nov/3/25 I go to store, mgr MR bud say I will cancelled mobile phone today, but he not give me, confirmation #,I am sorry my English not very good,I hope you understand , thanks, you have good day

    Waited for 3 hours from 11:30 to 2 in the afternoon to get a my dads number to a new phone because the person helping my dad went to lunch break for 2 hours and they couldn’t even finish setting it up because there was supposed problems don’t come here to get new phones takes to much time and energy max time should’ve taken 30 minutes and there was so many people waiting in line and they were taking so much time
