- TDTrae DoroughJun 20, 20251.0Bought phone and they lied about promotion. Said it would be paid and it wasn’t. I had my receipt to prove it. They backtracked and said for ME to call customer Service. I told them they screwed it up and they could fix it. Said they could not call Verizon. Reluctantly they did and called and eventually got it fixed, but this is a constant problem at this store where they do nothing but lie and throw it off on someone else to fix. Do not trust the store at all or the employees that work there.

Even though I had the order number and everything there seem to be a problem with it. I’m going to stick to MetroPCS.
