    Close the store.!!! Train all workers. Even the managers and start over. This store is by far the worst im so many ways. Unfortunately its the only one near conyers. The customer service is on point but too many errors. Adding extra phones to your bill, porting wrong numbers and even when you ask for a manager, they do the same thing and if you ask for a different manager that's a problem too. Went to Snellville store and viola, magic! Great results. Just re Train and start over. Thats it. Time is money and I lost hundreds with them porting over the wrong number and I found out they offered me an older model thsn thr current one available. Businesses aren't operating the same anymore

    If I could give a below zero, I would. This has been a nightmare dealing with this store. My complaint started from them creating a new account, from old account. And now I’m being charged for two accounts. First visit in to correct, the young lady was very rude and uninterested in resolving. My wife contacted corporate and we were connected to regional mgr. She promised everything would be taken care of. And it wasn’t and she became MIA. She promised a credit for my inconvenience and it never happened. I made a third visit in store after being charged AGAIN for two accounts. And mgr advised he would take care of it, but again never heard anything back. Also 2nd account is under a false name. Something is fishy over there! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Beware!

    Went in for wifi . Just to pick up the box. I was then lied to and told I had to have a cell phone number with them in order to get the wifi special. Mind you I waited in line after I was ignored when I came in to get wifi services. I filled all my info on line. After giving the girl my info she said I was just picking up my wifi box. She then logged in her computer telling me I had to get cellular service. So she gave me a sim card I didn't need or didn't use. I moved shortly after returned the equipment 9/29. I moved to an area that had a different provider. It's been back & forth for a week trying to get these services canceled.

    If I could leave 0 star I would not just this store but xfinity customer service in general sucks. It’s seems nobody knows how to do there job and everybody tells you something different. They really should take more time in getting to train employees better and focus on better customer service.

    During my recent visit to an Xfinity office, I was met with some of the most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. The representatives displayed dismissive behavior, including eye rolls, negative attitudes, and even actions that came across as threatening. As a paying customer, this treatment is completely unacceptable. While individual associates are responsible for their conduct, I ultimately hold upper management accountable. It is clear that there has not been enough investment in training, coaching, or setting proper standards for how customers should be treated inside the store. The lack of professionalism reflects a failure in leadership as much as it does in front-line staff. Customers should never feel disrespected or intimidated in a customer service environment. This type of behavior will not be tolerated, and it is imperative that management take immediate steps to address these issues. Proper training, accountability, and oversight are not optional—they are essential to ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy. Xfinity, your customers deserve far better than what we experienced.
