    Biggest bait and switch I have ever had the displeasure to deal with and biggest account screw up. I have been dealing with this store and Xfinity for over 2 months to straighten out what this store did to my mobile account. They took my phone as a trade in for a new phone and never applied the trade in to my account. I have repeatedly called Xfinity and have gone back and forth to this store to have someone fix this issue. The manager has not taken steps to correct this problem and Xfinity says they have no record of my trade in. Worst customer service ever! I feel like I have been taken advantage of and hopefully if this is ever resolved I will change providers as fast as I can.

    Can’t cancel your service here. They make you text a number which didn’t respond. They said you can only cancel in person at corporate stores. The closest corporate store is the one in Ackworth.

    Andrea - THANK YOU! My Gateway stopped working last night and with Fall Break on the horizon...I panicked! You traded me a new Gateway, I got home and connected it...BOOM! We are back in business! You saved me, great Customer Service and you were very pleasant to work with. Thanks again!!

    We had a wonderful experience. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, as soon as we walked into the store we were greeted, even though everyone was helping other customers. Our sales consultant Tray was amazing, very friendly, courteous, and professional. We highly recommend this location. We are very grateful to have a location in the Canton area.

    So today I went to this "new Xfinity location " to get some things fixed with my service. I'm so extremely glad that I finally found an Xfinity store location where the people were willing to help me!!!!!!! Andrea, Monay & Mandi are excellent with their top customer service in helping me. I think that the employees in this store location should be used as role models to teach all other store locations as how to treat customers because they truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to help out by making sure that the customer is well taken care of. I am unfortunately disabled and was born with numerous disabilities that 99% of people are honestly rude to me in trying to help me. These kind, wonderful, and patient ladies (MONAY, & ANDREA) - took the time and effort to help me with the numerous things that I needed help with that I couldn't do on my own. IF ANYONE WANTS EXCELLENT TEAM MEMBERS TO HELP THEM WITH ANYTHING "ANDREA OR "MONAY OR MANDI" WILL SURELY HELP YOU WITH COMPASSION ETC!! They restored my faith in humanity! I WILL BE COMING BACK TO ONLY THIS STORE LOCATION FOR ALL OF MY SERVICES AND WILL BE TELLING SEVERAL FRIENDS OF MINE TO GO ONLY TO THIS LOCATION SINCE IT WAS SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! It was so nice to actually be treated with compassion and kindness since many people don't like working with the disabled like me, but they care unlike the people at the WOODSTOCK store. I will definitely recommend THAT XFINITY STORE LOCATION BY FAR!!!!! I cannot help the fact that I was born with numerous learning disabilities among many other handicaps that I truly cannot fix or change in which I consistently struggle with on a daily basis. I SINCERELY RECOMMEND THIS XFINITY STORE IN CANTON LOCATED AT 1449 RIVERSTONE PARKWAY WHERE THEY ACTUALLY TRULY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS & ARE WILLING TO HELP THEM WHO TREATED ME LIKE A HUMAN BEING, UNLIKE THE HORRIFICLY RUDE - INEPT WORKERS AT THE TERRIBLE WOODSTOCK LOCATION WHERE EVERY TIME YOU GO THERE YOU HAVE NUMEROUS ISSUES WITH UNRELENTING INCONSIDERATE WORKERS WHO CLEARLY DON'T CARE ABOUT HELPING THE XFINITY CUSTOMERS!!!!!! WITHOUT THE CUSTOMERS THEY WOULD GO UNDER, SOOOOO THE WOODSTOCK LOCATION BY FAR IS THE WORST STORE LOCATION THAT 1 COULD EVER HAVE TO GO TO!!!!!! DO YOURSELFS A FAVOR & GO TO THE (NEW) STORE IN CANTON, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO WAIT FOR HOURS ON END TO EVEN GET TO BE WAITED ON. EACH TIME I HAD TO GO TO THE WOODSTOCK LOCATION SINCE IT WAS THE ONLY ONE NEAR ME AT THE TIME, IT TOOK FOREVER!!!!!! ONE COULD EITHER HANG THEMSELVES OR HAVE A BIRTHDAY WHICH EVER WOULD COME 1ST IN WAITING TO GET HELPED!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE JUST TERRIBLE & SURELY MADE IT KNOWN TO ME AS WELL AS OTHERS EVEN SENIOR CITIZENS THAT THEY CLEARLY DID NOT GIVE 1 HOOT ABOUT THE PEOPLE WAITING AT THAT STORE LOCATION TO HELP!!!!!!! JUST DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING TREATED LIKE A WORTHLESS HUMAN. IM SO THANKFUL TO FINALLY HAVE THE "CANTON" OFFICE TO GO TO!!!!
