My appointment took a long time as there were so many things I needed to accomplish from starting new service, transferring my old problem phone information to my new one, bringing over my number, buying a tablet and setting it all up. She was patient, kind and fun. She was also quite knowledgeable. In the end I left with everything done and a smile on my face. WAY TO GO TAY, you provided excellent customer service in a day when it is very hard to find.
