I think they use AI because the reps sounds robotic and it take forever to at least talk to a rep even if it AI. I’m calm I’m talking to you with respect, so why are you snapping at me and fishing for a negative back and forth exchange. The way I’m feeling I don’t even want internet services any more. I’m going to look into a prepaid hotspot. This isn’t even the first time, I was yelled at when I was getting the services.

I've been trying to get technicians to come to my property to remove old xfinity lines for months and they keep closing out the work orders without performing the work. Several times they closed it without scheduling anything, once they scheduled something but never showed up, another time the technician wrote down the wrong address and closed the work order without any follow up or attempt to correct the issue. Im tired of dealing with this. Save yourself the hassle and go with any other provider
