And when I asked questions to the staff while waiting, they acted like I was interrupting and bothering them. If you want efficiency and customer service, I would avoid this store and company.

I am honestly surprised Xfinity its is still in business. but do not waste your time all they will do at this store is ignore you snd tell you to call the help number. which you can do at home and not waste the money on gas so xfibitry can turn around and over charge you more money.
