When you walk in, it smells amazing, like a Tom Ford or Chanel department store instead of an Xfinity Store. The team is so friendly, well-dressed, and welcoming. The store is clean and everything about it truly shines. I just want to applaud you all and say thank you & by the way took less than 7min to return a modem.

And when I asked questions to the staff while waiting, they acted like I was interrupting and bothering them. If you want efficiency and customer service, I would avoid this store and company.
