This month you told me I would be good until the 1st day of September you have already interrupted my services. I explained I only could pay you once a month you insist to tell me I'm good and service will not be interrupted but still it's interrupted anyway,,,, why is this happening why can't you just be honest so we can resolve the whole situation please find an honest representative to help me with this issue!!!!!!!!!!

So I figured going to the store would be a faster or more efficient way. But the staff wanted me to call the 800 number and do it that way.
