I walked in and a representative greeted me said to wait and I'll be the next person to be assisted. I'm a black 🖤 woman. Two white people come through the door and goes straight to the back of the store and BRANDON the manger goes directly to them with his iPad and immediately start to help them. I had to intervene and told him I was actually next. He was very nasty and rude when I asked for his Superior contact information. I have been a customer with Verizon for over 20 years and I am about to change carriers strictly became of this reason. I spend a lot of money each month with Verizon.
