- RBRoger Lowe (Direct Boats)Jun 21, 20232.0One Talk is poor to midland, but can't receive txt on cel phones linked to phones, can't intercept calls, caller ID says my name not my company name, they sent two phones that don't sync with rest of phones in office, no support over the phone always a foreigner you can't understand and that does not understand what you want. Go to Verizon store no help , no one in business department will go quarter mile to our store to help fix problems. I would change review if they will respond and fix problems, but with such a large corporation I don't expect a response.
