I went there last week, got a deal on an iPhone 17, and transferred my line with them. Only the box with the charger arrived—the iPhone was missing. The phone was stolen. When I filed the police report, I learned that someone before me had the same issue with Xfinity (not the store itself). I just want to warn people to be careful with this company in general. I also received a $100 installation fee two months after they installed my internet, even though it was supposed to be free. Be aware—always check your bill, and avoid getting iPhones through this company. I visited the Xfinity store at Peachtree Corners, and they told me I needed to file a police report. Meanwhile, the North Point location only offered me a temporary number and didn’t provide proper advice or solutions.

Sometimes it comes back and sometimes like today it's still not back. It's clear Comcast does not care because they will not talk to you on the phone. If you go to their store they have to talk to you but do nothing to resolve the problem. You can tell from the defeated attitude of Comcast employees they don't care because they know there is nothing they can do to resolve the problem. I waste over $300 per month on this service, which may not be much to Comcast but it's too much to me. I would really like someone anyone who would talk to me convince me why I should stay with Comcast! I see this message on your TV too many times!

The person assigned to assist me was a complete jerk. I asked simple questions for which he rolled his eyes to the top of his head and when I asked him to clarify it got worse. He said I have a basic plan and would need premium in order to change my phone and I simply wanted to know how premium was defined. Additionally I wanted to understand if there were other options as I am trying to decide if I want to streaming. This guy was so unfriendly. Didnt even bother to introduce himself. I can choose how I spend my money and I will not spend it dealing with crap behavior. This guy should not be in customer facing roles.
