I tried to get simple cable for my elderly parents and was never able to successfully connect. There’s no tech service there’s no customer service operator no live agent. And they are still charging my parents account after we already canceled. Don’t waste your time going into the building. Those people are completely worthless.. they will have you on a runaround all damn week. To whoever is reading this please, they are literally scamming us out of our money!!!! They’re still taking money out of my parents account and they don’t even have service with these people
