Spoke to manager he was upset with us for choosing another salesperson...I told him salesperson was rude and asked for another salesperson. He said he didn't care if he was losing 2 long term customers .He informed me he has been a manager for 6 years. Left Verizon went to AT&T. AT&T was polite and very glad to get our business. They transfered or old phones to new phones free of charge. So glad to be apart of a company that gives great customer service. Got better deals than what Verizon offered.
