The very next morning, I woke up to find my new line suspended without any explanation. Since then, I’ve been unable to make phone calls or use my phone without Wi-Fi. I reached out to Verizon customer service, hoping for a quick fix, but despite speaking with multiple agents, no one could provide a clear answer or solution. As a new customer, this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I expected better support from a company like Verizon, and this has left me deeply disappointed. If this is the level of service new customers receive, I’d strongly advise others to think twice before switching.
