The doorman was excellent. Then I worked with young rep who needed the manager's approval. Manager clears the charge, then comes over, after I THANKED him, to insult me and reprimand me for the charge. He stated he would never do it again and I need to pay attention going forward to their policy. I was so shocked, especially since it was Xfinity's fault. Then he walks over to the young rep and daps him up like he was getting points for putting me in my place. The young guy smirks at my shocked face and says, if you like how we serviced you, you can leave a review.... Well, I am. Just not a good one. Please file complaints if you are mistreated at this store. Maybe if enough people complain, they'll change the staff.
