- VFVANESSA FUENTESNov 14, 20241.0Verizon Wireless has to have to poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. The app is unmanageable. I set up a scheduled payment and was still charged my bill after receiving an email and text confirmation that my payment was scheduled for a later date. They still took the money. There is never a live person when you call and if there is they don’t speak English well enough to understand you. I also have on my credit report that I owe money to Verizon when it was an order that never got to me and canceled before leaving the warehouse. It is on my credit report and lowered my score for something I never even received. I went to the store and Kaleb was able to confirm that I never received the order and there was a mistake. To Prove this is a mistake they lifted the fact that I owed money in their system (but not from my credit report) so that I can add a new line to my plan. I pay every month on time, and there is nothing they can do. Do not get service from Verizon wireless. Avoid them if you can. As soon as my contract is up or if I’m able to switch service with another mobile company I’m doing it asap. Avoid this company.
- DVDiana VargasNov 2, 20241.0They sold me a cell phone for a high price, an iPhone 15 and then I went to exchange it for a pro because it was almost the same value, I was almost 3 weeks waiting for the pro and it never arrived, I was almost 3 weeks without using that cell phone so that later they would not say that it was used and they would not exchange it, they agreed to call, they never called, I went to this headquarters 3 times, the last instance I had to return, the 15 pro never arrived, they told me that there was a 16 pro with a high value, I had no option but to receive this one, it turns out that this device is used, it has a bad charging port, I thought it was my charger and I bought several and it is the phone. I was only with it for 10 days and they charged the rate of the 16 pro, I call customer service and no one answers
