Went in for upgrades on three lines 3 weeks ago one phone wasn't even operable on the day to day use because of constant spam calls that started happened after we upgraded to the top unlimited plan that "protects you from spam". We switched from apple to android and was excited but hesitant we asked the sales representative what are the options if we hate it and his response was you can always upgrade in 4 months. After weeks of getting the new phones Xfinity charged me twice for the sales tax of the phone, and once we finally had enough we went into the store to see what options would look like since these phones are just not for us. We were quickly told that regardless of the Xfinity employee TELLING US when we purchased the phones we would have to wait 4 months to upgrade we are past the 14 days of return even after them acknowledging the employee gave us completely incorrect information. Now we have to wait two bill cycles and spike our bill yet again to make it right since they can't do their job properly. 0/10 wouldn't recommend this location they don't bat an eye at the huge inconvenience they've caused by spewing misinformation and can't make acceptions on the account of their employees making mistakes!

So we moved from Verizon to Xfinity to bundle our Internet and phones. It has been quite a struggle (7 days every day stoped for help and took 12 hours of my time.) to get my iPhone 16 Pro Max switched over. I work with Demaria and Angelina and they were both very professional, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I did have one employee tell me I needed to go buy a new phone …..even though this I had just purchased in June 2025….. so I did and then…. Angelina got this I phone 16 pro max going . Took the other phone back and it cost me $50 to return for restocking. So don’t always trust the reps when they give you bad advice ……. ask for another rep or just ask for DeMaria and Angelina. Those are your two best reps there they deserve a raise and a week paid vacation extra because I would’ve thrown this phone and service in the parking lot. Thank you ladies for your help. I appreciate you very much. It’s been a week with no phone service now we’re back on track very much appreciated.

Extremely Horrible customer service, 3 weeks of turmoil over installing NEW 4 K box that sucks and goes offline all the time. WHAT A JOKE this company has become over the years after making millions in the area. I had 4 Techs here in 2 weeks and enough of the EXCUSES. These guys are Sub contracted employees that Xfinity uses now for problems in homes. What a BS thing to send subcontractor that has attitudes and little knowledge but think they have power to decide if new box is installed or when. I have changed & GO DIRECT TV with AT&T because they are eating your lunch, haha. Great customer service & all AT&T Employees and vehicles to your home for FIBER installations. SEE YA NEVER XFINITY what a classless operation you have become!! THANK YOU AT&T!!! The people inside store are very ni e & helpful but they dont do the service part.
Hey Comcast person responding. Direct & AT&T is Cheaper and better. WHAT a joke your response is. Same response as your Companys , always get the customer to do your job & jump through your hoops. Not anymore, investigate yourself & get back to me haha. DIRECT TV is the BOMB, True 4k not a gimmick Dolby Digital Direct awesome. Havent lost internet once since Fiber Optic line installed.

I went to get a new device activated on an old number with Xfinity and they took my other device and switch the phone number to a different random number without telling me or without my permission. The storm manager denies that his employee switched my phone number. He cleaned someone hacked my phone which is not true at all I've had my phone checked there is no hackers on my phone she logged into my email and switch my phone number when I had phone number lock on. Be careful with your information they will take it and sell it to random people their friends
