    Manager would not agree to giving me a receipt or account statement for my internet services. I needed it for reimbursement reasons. He refused, even though online support (which took hours, many dropped calls, dropped chats, and sessions of same) sent me to the store to pick up a statement.

    The sales person was excellent as customer service only partially. He promised that my claim was resulted but it wasn't true. Here is an email sent today 12.24.2025: Dear Xfinity Customer Support,I am submitting this message as a formal claim regarding improper billing on my account.I returned all Xfinity equipment and discontinued my service on November  2025, in you Vero Beach Office.  Since that time, I have not used any Xfinity services. Despite this, I have been charged for the last  month  and I continue to receive demands for payment for services that were not provided. Charging a customer after service termination and equipment return is unacceptable. Your continued attempts to collect these charges are harassing and may constitute fraudulent billing practices.I formally demand the following actions:An immediate refund of the charges for the last two months. Written confirmation that my account is fully closedWritten confirmation that no further charges or collection attempts will be madeIf this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this claim to consumer protection agencies and pursue all available remedies.I expect a written response confirming resolution of this issue without delay.     Without a doubt the worst customer experience I have ever had. I called to simply request internet service at my house. The representative I been connected to was from a call center outside the US and spoke very poor English. Without knowing, I was signed up for an Xfinity Mobile plan and sent an iPad. after spending countless hours on the phone with numerous representatives and visiting the store in person several times, they had finally given me a shipping label 5 months after I had requested it, and was told that they would refund me in entirety for the unused services. However, after returning the device they continued to bill me and stated that a refund could not be given. I was essentially robbed of hundreds of dollars and days worth of time spent trying to resolve the issue, just to simply have an internet service put at my house. I highly advise to stay away from Xfinity.
