Our service was terrible with our previous carrier and we had heard a lot of good things about Verizon. The LAST thing I wanted to do was go in the store and get even more confused but we went to the store west of town (6280 20th Street in Vero Beach) and threw ourselves on the mercy of the experts. Thankfully, they were very knowledgeable and helped us through everything from picking a phone to what plan would be best and cheapest for us. Giovanni knew his stuff and really helped us. Also, the manager (I think his name was Paul?) was there to work with us. So if you need good service and a knowledgeable sales team, this is the place to go. No, I'm not getting anything for a good review, I just think it's good to spread the word if you've had a good experience.
