No one helped her in that time, and walk-ins after her were helped and left before anyone acknowledged her (she DID check in with them!) and no one else asked if she needed help. Whoever the man was that checked her in yesterday laughed at her as as my mom was leaving, as English is her second language and she has an accent. What a disgrace that your employees treat customers this way. Why bother working as a sales associate if this is the way you treat people? This location and it's employees and management are a huge joke.
