- HDHerb DellAug 16, 20231.0Stay AWAY!!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE is not like it used to be. Spent 1200 dollars for this flip phone w/ insurance. Insurance says yeah we're having nothing but problems with that phone. Just have Verizon send another one. I'll put it in the notes. No Verizon says I haft to take it to Palm Harbor to have it fixed. Oh and u pay for it will reimburse you. Never again. Going to t-mobile.

Beware existing customers they will simply refer you to customer care for EVERYTHING and don’t pick up an online order from here either.
