I received an E-amil for my bill. No LOYALTY REWARD ON MY BILL AFTER SPEAKING TO A REP OVER THE PHONE ON 10/15/25. Called again after the payment was removed from my checking account, called there customer service dept. same Bullshit. I am sorry, I see the reward will creddit your next bill. He would tell me how much my next bill would be, they would not conect me to a supervisor, I saw a Tampa couporate office phone number. called the number only to hear my call can not be completed has dialed. Called the new York & new jersey couporate office numbers with the same bullshit answer will not allow you to speak with a live person. Time fo r me to look for a new carrier
- ASAngel SantynoOct 3, 20251.0Si pudiera dar 0 lo aria yo no fui a su tienda a solicitar ningún servicio ustedes vinieron a mi casa ofreciendo un servicio de internet me dieron un precio de 50 dólares al mes y conectaron el servicio por 25 dólares el primer bil que mandaron es de 114 dólares llamé para preguntar el por qué de este cobro si apenas tenía 30 días con este servicio y lo que dijeron fue que me cobraron un mes por adelantado por si no tenía cómo pagar 😂que ridículos así como vinieron ami casa debieron de explicar lo malo que es el internet y sus cobros afirman que todos los servicios de internet te cobran un mes adelantado 🤡lo cual es mentira antes de ustedes yo tenía frontier y nunca cobraron meses adelantados ahora mismo SPECTRUM me está dando el primer mes con el fabuloso precio de 40 dólares al mes por 2 años y la activación 25 dólar entonces por qué tan turbio están trabajando ustedes es una porquería su servicio y si andan ofreciendo sus planes en casas digan lo que son no den información errónea por atraer clientes
