Long story short, not only was I NOT informed of all of the requirements to qualify, the promotion was already over at the time I did the switch so I wouldn’t have gotten it anyways. I’m now almost 2 months past when I was told I would get the $400 buyout, about 3 hours of my time on the phone with customer service and have been to two different Xfinity stores 4 times and am now being told I’m sol. This store is misleading and wrong and terrible customer service. I don’t remember her name but the sales rep that told me has a septum piercing. I’m done wasting my time on this issue and am going to be switching providers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. They LIE just to get your business. Go somewhere else save your time and money,

I walked in with new iPhone I need old number transfered super easy stuff and they couldn't help i was told I need to go to corporate store as I am business account not regular.. ended up doing it all myself on the app which they could of helped my navigate and get done in half the time but once again they are just lazy l and unhelpful in every way possible
