  I went over to return 2 modems and the "associate" that was at the door (yep a gatekeeper) was the most unfriendly person I have encounter in a long while. Not helpful at all. When I arrived to return the equipment, I had no appointment, yes an appointment to return equipment nothing more, so he said to me that he could give me one appointment or I could wait 45 mins, after that he turned his back on me and started talking to another associated like if I wasn't there. Bald guy with glasses. Xfinity customer service it's really lacking. If you try to call the store, you have to go thru their version of the nine gates of hell and still there's a chance you'll give up before reaching a live agent. So definitely not a good experience.

  Brandon took his time to get me the right service; even though I came close to closing, he had no problem helping me after hours to get the right connection. As a full time worker and single mom, that really made an impact on me. I appreciated his service and patience a lot. Make sure to ask for him when you go.

  Tried to upgrade two phones today and all 5 of my lines were changed to premium unlimited from a shared plan without my permission, which would have increased my bill substantially. I received emails in store informing me because the rep did not even let me know what she was doing beforehand. I asked her to change them back. She said she was trying to get me a better price on the new phones. Then could not complete the upgrade because apparently Xfinity was “upgrading” their system. I was assured that my plan had been reverted to what it was when I walked in the door. It was not. Thank god I called Xfinity mobile and checked. All of my lines were still premium unlimited. The rep with the 800 number had to fix it. There is a definite lack of training in this store. This young lady was obviously new and untrained. She had to keep asking for help and the other reps in the store couldn’t be bothered. Pretty disappointing experience.
