After receiving a call from xfinity about my free phone upgrade offer on 12/14/25, Fed Ex losing the phone and countless chats and phone calls with Xfinity that yielded nothing but unfulfilled promises that the phone would arrive “tomorrow”. From the time I walked into the St Augustine location at cobblestone where Alan and Bobby tried to remedy the situation until today 10 min before kickoff, I received nothing less than first class service! Francine gave me the number to corporate and assured me that it would be the last call I HAD to make on this issue, and she was right! After arriving at the store when they opened today 1/4 at 12 o’clock, I was walked back to a desk where the phone was sitting waiting g to do the swap. Bobby and Jessica began the process! She was on point with her knowledge and and super friendly! My expectations of what they “might “ do for me for the horrible corporate call center experience financially was exceeded by a few! Bottom line is this. Technology is great, AI is…. Whatever it is but when it comes to customer retention, these large corporations BETTER recognize what a computer cannot do! If it was not for the staff at this location, I would have closed ALL of my accounts and had new service already! I will say I WILL NEVER call nor accept a call from Xfinity corporate again! Due to the staff at this store I am still and will remain an Xfinity customer as long as they are there! Special thanks to Bobby for the “Human” interaction and the truly personalized service! I hope this reaches the store level so they can be recognized for saving a customer. Greg Lord sr

Upon speaking to him I was told I needed to make an appointment with a technician to come out to my place. Whi has time for all that run around!? There are other internet providers that don't make things so complicated.......
- DSDenise S.Nov 18, 20251.0Comcast xfinity really is terrible! The DVR has never worked right from when we signed up for this service. Customer service is awful, in store and on the phone. They cancel scheduled appointments without knowing if the problem was really resolved. I can't wait until my 2 years are up so I can switch to another service and/or cut the cord for good!
