They cancel scheduled appointments without knowing if the problem was really resolved. I can't wait until my 2 years are up so I can switch to another service and/or cut the cord for good!

You have to deal with the 1800 number for most things, which is so frustrating, but that is a company issue and not the fault of these employees or the store specifically. They put forth a great effort for me and I am appreciative of the both of them.

Manager kept walking around with a smirk on his face as I struggled to understand a man from overseas on an IPad that was thrusted into my hand instead of chatting with one of the numerous employees just standing around. I kept putting the IPad down and saying I couldn’t understand, but that so called “Manager” just kept walking but and glaring at me. Fire that person IMMEDIATELY as he is doing your business great damage. Horrible just horrible.
