Although yes you talk to the customer, when you have a full lobby of people waiting an hour, the sense of urgency should kick in. The manager was just on the tablet checking in people and must sat there doing nothing. Even with a full lobby sent an employee on break and brought out someone else to be on the tablet checking in people. So now went from 3 people helping, down to 2 and then 2 on the tablet. Worst experience ever in store and all I needed to do was pick up an Xfinity modem

Did not have to wait in line. Sharon at the desk was quite helpful and helped me to reduce my rate as it had just raised. The appointment was the key to the success here. Thanks to the manager for helping me make that and it lessened my frustrations.

I turned around and left. If they'd of included the shipping label with new equipment like promised I wouldn't of even needed to go to the store. Also very strange location, it's literally in the middle of a residential area that's pretty rural.

One customer just wanted to return their equipment and they ended up just leaving their equipment on a chair and walked out. Needless to say, we walked out without getting any service. We wasted our time on your inefficiencies!! We wish we could have left a zero star because a one star was too much. Do not go to this location.
