  The absolute worst service and support on the planet. They increase the agreed contract rate during the service and you have to call in every month to get it changed back to the contract price. I would never use this company again!

  They’ll tell you it’s only an extra $10 to add internet to your cable bill then it shows up on your bill as an $80 or more charge, but not all at once. They keep adding a little bit at a time until you have over a $250 a month like me!! It’s total LIES!! No deal with this Co.!!

  I would like to report the Misconduct of this STORE to anyone in upper management . This store is very unprofessional and the employees seem to ALL follow suit with each other ! Let’s start with the Manager Dave , he walked around with his hands behind his back just observing , chatting with his comvast employees but not offering to greet a customer he was not taking the initiative to help any customer prior to me that looked restless and in need of service of some sort . while I noticed three other customers waiting for anyone “that was employed by Xfinity “ and patiently- I’m sure they waited longer than me since they were here before me ! Then he comes up to the host where I was standing and holding a box I asked him “ is there any way you could help me I just want to drop off equipment and get a receipt He told me no I would have to wait for one of his employees when their done with their customers to help me ! I was shocked he told me to be patient and have a seat . I had at this point waited 18 minutes in the store ! Dave wa snot the only one walking around not helping their was also a colored gentlemen and a white younger guy and also Jenn Parisho the lady that assisted me at 5:44 pm and at first through the receipt onto the counter ( I had no clue what the receipt was for exactly ) so I asked her she said it was for the equipment and she couldn’t give me a receipt showing us anything else like the credit we were issued yesterday and that I would have to wait 30 days , I asked her if I could speak to a manager she told me she was a manager and that I can leave her store and called me profanity names . I was not shocked as to the experience I e had many time with this Xfinity store . I picked up her brochure on her stand she assisted me at and when I got home she clearly lied about being a manager and of course didn’t want to accommodate me or bother DAVE the manager because he had more control clear to cover !!!!!!! How is this man walking around like a master on a wheel not assisting customers when he has a free second and how many other employee treat customers this way !!! I am a full time nurse so I was ready to join my family as anyone else leaving work . Look at the date and time on photo and pics I’m submitting it speaks for itself DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE customer service is trash and they are so disrespectful !!!!

  I would give you a zero if I could!! Please explain why a customer dropping off Equiptment has to wait behind all the sales customers!! I just wanted to drop off your Equiptment! Your employee upfront said to take it to ups!! Why on gods earth would you want that!! This is worst than government employees! You have 4 people in the store and only 1 is helping a customer?? Great job walking around doing nothing David great managing

  Polite! Quick identification of the task - the helpful associate messaged the appropriate department to resolve the problem. He let us know every stop of the way what he identified, what he was doing to resolve the issue and an authentic time frame. Great service, undistracted by other conversations and completely focused. Never go to a different Xfinity store front if you don’t have to! They are terrific!!
