  I had to give 1 star just to be able to comment but it doesn't deserve that 1 star. It is Xfinity mobile and it is the worst run store you will ever find. I live in a condo very close by and we have had Xfinity cable and internet for 5 years. I've so I am listed as a disabled Gold Customer with a neurological disability. The Disability Department I speak to when I have problems with my cable and internet becomes salespeople for their phones and I have been lied to and deceived on several occasions. I live by Stickney Point and 41 but I was sold a phone on a plan that was a lie before this store was here and I drove all the way to University parkway and dropped my 12-years as a extremely happy MetroPCS customer paying just $25 a month for unlimited everything and that payment was always on the 3rd when I got my disability payment. I was sold a lie by the University store. I got a plan at the time that they said would be perfect for me with all the towers nearby but the very next day I got a text message saying I was already halfway through my gigs and the disability department told me I was lied to by the University parkway store that at that time I would need the password for every one of the towers around me although the salesperson said I would be able to connect to all the towers so I tried to return the phone from Stickney Point Road and they wouldn't take their own phone back so I had to go over to a UPS downtown and pay to have it returned. Fortunately Metro took me right back with the same plan because Metro is phenomenal with stores all over. The Disability Department then sold me another lie about a phone I did get at this local store. The first thing I told the Rep was that I got my Disability payment on the 3rd of each month and said I don't care about the phone, I care about the payment date because at the end of the month I'm broke so don't sell me anything that has me paying before the 3rd and he lied and sure enough my payment ended up on the 2nd and unlike Metro, it wasn't the same date every month, it's every 30 days so now my payment is when I'm broke. When I need things fixed, they won't help me at all. They initially set up facial recognition but with the sunlight I was having issues so I brought it back to have it changed to fingerprint and they wouldn't allow anyone to help me. I said "the man who lied to me to get a sale is standing right there so why can't he change it to fingerprint?" and they refused to help me so I went to my bank Truest right next door and my banker took my phone and first turned my bank app into fingerprint and then my phone lock into fingerprint. It's not my bank's job to do Xfinity's work. Having a disability, I couldn't comprehend how to change the print size and they wouldn't help so my neighbor had to fix it. They won't take your box if you're trying to return a box. People walk in the store with boxes and they send them to UPS or FedEx. People ask "why won't you take it, I'm right here now" and they'll tell you they don't take boxes you have to take it to the UPS or FedEx. All they do is sell phones. They can't fix anything and they lie to get sales and I'm a so-called gold customer with a neurological disability. Don't fall for the lies of Xfinity Mobile & Xfinity. Go to MetroPCS or anywhere else and get a deal like I had for 12 years that I was thrilled with. Anytime I had a problem or needed help, I always got the help I needed and Metro was the best customer service store I've ever dealt with so don't fall for the lies at this rotten despicable Xfinity Mobile or Xfinity anything. I only have Xfinity cable and internet because I'm forced to have it at my condo but when the Disability Department lies to their Disabled Customers to get phone sales, KNOW NOT TO TRUST ANY OF THEM. They didn't deserve the 1 star I gave them but it was the only way I could comment. They're liars who lied to their own disabled gold star customer. They won't help you with anything but they will lie to your face and promise you anything to get a sale!

  Store is fine. Went to pick up a router for a new Internet location. Ask the manager if I had to wait to pick up the router or If there was a pick up counter. Rudely told me I had to wait like everyone else. I asked if it was possible to have it shipped like the website offered And he said “ Call customer service good luck with that if you can even get anyone”. Just a poor representation of the company. His name was David.

  Three visits to take care of the same problem which ended up being unresolved. In spite of being told twice the problem had been taking care of, and that they would make any adjustment if necessary, the store manager instead informed me there was nothing they could do and gave me a a three-digit code to call customer service. I left frustrated, disappointed, and with the sense that that the staff and manager are unreliable.

  Never reviewed them after I cancelled the service I had with them because of the outrageous rates they increased over the years but when I saw this sign on their door I had to say that I am glad I left and went to T Mobile home internet and alternative streaming service instead of cable, saved a ton of money
