Dispicable and entitled attitude, lack of knowledge, no accountability of any kind, no support at all, and refusal to even acknowledge a situation caused by their store and their associate! Chad failed to listen, no effort at all to understand the situation, took less than 30 seconds to demand I call the 800 customer service number to fix a mess his associate created! Talk about throwing it over the fence. Wow! He and his crew took advantage of my parents, sold them on a discount that they could never get, gave bad information, and it ultimately cost them WAY MORE. Unbelievably frustrating!! Rather than upgrade my elderly mom who was on my plan, one of the associates at this store sold my mom on moving to my dad's account (who can't see nor hear) to "save money" and told her she could "trade in any phone any condition" to get $1,000 off the new IPhone16. It ended up ~$80 more per month, and they refused her phone trade in which is now costing them the $1,000 discount they did not get. Now, add salt to the wound and throw a "Chad" hostile attitude into the mix for the perfect ulcer. What a joke. Verizon, I expect better.

Needless to say I spent hours (and I mean hours) on the phone with Verizon straightening out the mess that Mike created for us. I’m actually on hold now trying to straighten out the mess for the 4th time. I will NEVER go here again. Buyer beware. Do yourself a favor and order your phones online.

I waited in store for 10 minutes just to be "checked in" then after 20 minutes waiting I see they are helping someone that was checked in after me. I left before anyone else spoke with me after waiting more than 30 minutes.
