- ATAllan ThompsonJan 4, 20262.0We didn't realise this location was a franchise operator and not a Verizon store until we went to another Verizon location on University Parkway and they told us they could not help us and to go back to the store we bought the phone and services from. This location is operated by Varta. There is a Varta sign inside but no explanation of the relationship and the staff did not explain this.

First is when I had to trade in phones and first they said “we can’t take them you should have received a label” then a day later after checking the instructions and being specifically told to return it to a store they accepted it. Today Chad and Colbey could not take my home internet router back because of some other dubious reason and refused to call customer service for me. Now I will have to deal with it on my own. Avoid this store. It definitely needs a change of management 2 stars on Google, I’ll leave a review on BBB as well, for corporate to actually pay attention.

Prior to arrival, after 3 phone calls to Verizon, I hung up as I could not continue and wait for a representative to answer my calls. The following day I went to this store. Again, there was a long wait and when the representative became rude with me, I told him that's enough, I am leaving and he said fine. I do not recommend Verizon or this store.

I waited in store for 10 minutes just to be "checked in" then after 20 minutes waiting I see they are helping someone that was checked in after me. I left before anyone else spoke with me after waiting more than 30 minutes.
