    Completely Unprofessional! I canceled my home internet. With that the rep and the email I received said and this is a direct copy past from the email "Drop Off- Gather the equipment, including any power cord(s) and bring it to one of the Verizon Company Stores listed below. Do not include any other equipment or accessories that you purchased as part of your Verizon Home Internet order. Show the equipment to the Verizon Company Store representative and they’ll scan the serial number to begin the return. The Verizon Company Store will process your return. Don’t forget to ask for a return receipt for your reference." When I brought the equipment in, the employees said they dont do that, that they cant give me a receipt, that they cant notate the system or anything. WHAT BS!! So to be able to prove I returned the gateway as per Verizon's INSTARUCTIONS I took a picture of the employees holding the gateway I returned and then I had to call the customer service line, and make them notate the system that I dropped it off. VERIZON DO BETTER.

    The worst company I ever encountered in my life !!very slow ,rude and majority of the employees speak lil to no English and can’t handle/complete simple task to keep a customer happy ,or handle any issues you may face . They don’t provide the service you pay for .this company is a rip off .save your money and time avoid this company .their charging me for a phone I never had and insurance and can’t even say how or take it off my account diabolical they don’t have a clue what to do besides brush me off with no conclusion or updates they all suck they don’t have management or supervisors just representatives Who lie and say they are very uneducated on their job they’ll mess your account up . I regret leaving spectrum I never had issues in over 19 years .wont decision ever.

    I am speaking from my heart when I tell you that Sabrina, was the most professional sells person Ive meet in years. I walked in one afternoon just wanting some information on changing my account to a different carrier, I had a difficult issue dealing with a family members account. So this was no easy task for someone who did not have the knowledge and experience with Verizon’s services. I was so glad after this whole ordeal, that Sabrina was the initial greeter when I walked in. Through all her patience, she was able to speak with AT&T, Verizon, the primary customer, and Experian, and even when things were at their worst, and we were not able to do it the simple way she made it work and gave me options and I was able to leave that day with new service. She never got frustrated. She never lost her patience and she always remain professional throughout the whole process, something I can honestly say I struggle on a daily basis. I am a Very happy customer Verizon has done an excellent job in training their staff. Yours truly new Verizon customer Yours truly, New Verizon customer
