- PGPretty GalSep 27, 20241.0If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in today for an upgrade to my phone. I spoke with a guy name Moke. He proceeded to tell me that he wouldn’t help me because there was only 30 minutes left until closing. I made sure to let him know all I needed to do was an early upgrade he told me it would take longer than time would allow. I left unsatisfied and without an upgraded phone. Very disappointed because that was the only time I had to take care of this business with my phone. I am a business owner myself and also have other priorities and responsibilities, my time is very valuable and unfortunately this store does not take their customers into consideration with professionalism and care.
